THE WORLD SCIENCE DAY CELEBRATION 2022-23

"Everything is theoretically impossible until it is done."

The World Science Day Celebration started with a prayer and was followed by the Welcome Speech by Ankit Nambiar.

Quest for Knowledge Catechism was a platform for the students of Std.VI to demonstrate a string of experiments. It was followed by a slew of brain teasers on common and interesting topics in Science. The informative quiz activated all the faculties of the human brain.

3 Rs: Recycle, Reduce, Reuse, was a display of eight working models prepared by students of Std. VII. Each innovative prototype was built out of eco friendly products.

When they meet - a confab brought alive renowned scientists who made outstanding contributions to Science and Society. A rapid fire quiz by Std. VIII on the noteworthy contributions made by the Scientists tested the credibility of the informal interaction.

Busting the Myth, a remarkable show by Std. IX explained old traditions and debunked myths. Relevant explanations and scientific proof clarified the prevalence of the practices and beliefs even in the most advanced Era.

Our Dependence on Basic Sciences: Boon or Bane? was a lively program by Std. X. The participants conducted simple experiments to educate the students that ‘Science is Everywhere’.
