DIWALI CELEBRATION - 2024 

THEME: DIWALI WITH JOY AND CULTURAL VIBRANCY

Diwali was celebrated at DAV Public School on 29 October 2024. The day was filled with joy, creativity, and cultural richness, truly capturing the essence of the festival.

The event commenced with the invocation of the Gayatri Mantra, setting a serene and auspicious tone. This was followed by a warm welcome note, which greeted the lively gathering and filled the atmosphere with enthusiasm.

A series of captivating programmes followed, celebrating Diwali's spirit and diversity. Class V students showcased their creativity through a vibrant music and dance performance and insightful speeches. The rich tradition of celebrating Diwali across India was highlighted signifying India as the land of Unity in Diversity.

With their impressive talents, Class VI students rendered a mesmerising ‘Rhythm about Diwali’   expressing the festival's joyous vibe through rhythmic musical treats. Class VII students continued the momentum with a heartful blend of dance and drama, adding a magical touch to the celebration.

The tiny tots from LKG and UKG stole the show with their melodious song, sharing their innocent charm through their ‘Rhyme about Diwali’ performance.

The celebration concluded with an expression of gratitude by Mithran M of Class V C .Our respected Principal Ma'am in her feedback praised the students' efforts and emphasized the importance of honoring traditions.

The event left everyone uplifted, reflecting Diwali's joy and cultural richness. May the spirit of Diwali continue to shine brightly within each one of us!
