Principal’s Welcome Note for admission to Pre- Kindergarten 2020-2021

Dear Parents,

Having been an educator for nearly 3 decades, I keenly support the pivotal and proactive role an educational organisation of repute plays in today’s society. Our School is a nurturing ground for the young blossoms to develop into holistic individuals - Emotionally, Socially, Physically and Mentally, along with academic skills.

Academic brilliance alone will not suffice in today's dynamic and highly competitive world. Hence the school lays emphasis on the holistic development of the students by encouraging participation in Extra-curricular Activities besides application of Information Technology and Multimedia in the 'Teaching - Learning process'.

GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSION TO PRE- KINDERGARTEN 2020-2021

Age Eligibility for admission to Pre.K.G.

  1. Minimum Age is 2 years and 6 months as on 31st May 2020.
  2. Parents are advised not to apply if their ward’s age is less than 2 years and 6 months
  3. Submission of ‘Registration Form’ does not give any right to admission.
  4. Decision of the ‘School Selection Committee’ is final.

Kindly submit the following documents along with the ‘Registration Form’ (Self Attested Copy)

1. Attested copy of the ‘Birth Certificate’ for age proof

2. Latest ‘Stamp Size’ Photograph of the Child, Father and Mother are required to be pasted on the  ‘Registration Form’.    

     Kindly do not paste Passport size photographs.

3. Blood Group report of your ward.

4. For ‘Residence Address Proof’ Submit the self-attested copy of any two of the following:

  • Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill / Gas Bill
  • Certificate of residence issued by VAO
  • ID card issued by State Govt./ Central Govt./ Public Sector undertakings
  • Ration Card / Passport
  • If it is rented residence, copy of ‘lease deed’ from the landlord.
  • Aadhar card of the student.

5. For ‘Differently abled Children’ it is required to submit a certificate from the ‘District Differently abled Rehabilitation Officer’.

6. It is  required to submit attested copy of ‘Community Certificate’ as given below.......

  a. For BC/MBC   - Deputy Tahsildar, Revenue Department, Govt. of Tamil Nadu.

  b. For SC            - Tahsildar, Revenue Department, Govt. of  Tamil Nadu/Competent authority in the case of  children coming from other states.

  c. For ST             - RDO/Sub Collector, Revenue Department, Govt. of Tamil Nadu/ Competent  authority in the case of children coming from other states.

7. Elimination from Admission Process:

  1. Only one Registration Form can be submitted for a particular student.
  2. Forms with false / incomplete and vague information will be eliminated from the process.
  3. If applicant’s ‘age’ is less than the prescribed  ‘minimum age’, the application will be eliminated from the admission process.
  4. If any of the field is left ‘blank’ in the ‘Registration Form’,  the form will be viewed as ‘incomplete’ and will be eliminated from the admission process.
  5. ‘Registration Form’ submitted without the required documents, as instructed, will be viewed as ‘incomplete’ and will be eliminated from the admission process.
