Guidelines for Admission to STD. XI - 2021-2022  

GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSION TO STD. XI - 2021-2022

  • Admission would be finalised based on the Cut off Mark’ of School’s Merit List after declaration of the AISSE result by C.B.S.E.
  • Decision of the ‘School’s Admission Committee’ is final.
  • Submission of ‘Registration Form’ does not give any right for Admission.
  • A Copy of  downloaded  C.B.S.E. Board Result is required to be submitted immediately on the same day of declaration of Results.
  • Information to Selected Candidates from ‘Other Schools’ will be Notified after the ‘Submission of a copy of
    the Board’s Results’.
  • Both parents should be present at the time of Admission.

  • Parents should pack the Registration Form with all enclosures in a ‘Cloth Lined Cover’.
  • Name of the Student, mentioning the Groups applied for should be written clearly on the ‘Cloth Lined Cover’.
  • Drop the Cloth Lined Cover on 17.02.2021 as per the given timings in the ‘Drum’ labelled Group-I (Biology Stream), Group-II (Computer Science Stream) & Group-III (Commerce Stream), kept outside the Main School premises at Sitaram Nagar Gate.

Kindly submit the following documents along with the ‘Registration Form’ : (Self Attested Copies from Sl. No 2 to 8)

1)  Latest ‘Stamp Size’ Photograph of the Student, Father and Mother are required to be pasted on the ‘Registration Form’.  

      Kindly do not paste Passport size photograph.

2) Blood Group Report.‘

3) For ‘Residence Address Proof’, Submit the self-attested copy of any two of the following:

  • Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill / Gas Bill
  • Certificate of Residence issued by VAO
  • ID card issued by State Govt./ Central Govt./ Public Sector Undertakings
  • Ration Card / Passport
  • For Rented residence, copy of ‘lease deed’ is required.

4) Copy of Community Certificate of the Student.

5) Copy of  Progress Report of Std. IX   (Mandatory)

6) Copy of  Mark Statement of all Assessments conducted during the year in Std. X  (Mandatory)

7) Copy of  Student’s  Aadhar Card  (Mandatory)

8)  EMIS Number from the previous School  (Mandatory) (only for Students other than DAVPS)
