BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SWAMI DAYANAND SARASWATIJI

The Renowned Social Reformer and Founder of Arya Samaj, Swami Dayanand Saraswati's 195th Birth Anniversary was commemorated on 28th February, 2019 at the Main School and Vatika Premises.

The young students of Pre-K.G. to Std. II enthusiastically participated in a variety of cultural events to pay tribute to the Visionary.

The Campus was dotted with 'ascetics' in saffron and the aura filled with the divinity of the Vedic Chanting.

The Programme commenced with students shedding light on the early childhood and remarkable contribution made by the 'Maharishi' to the Vedic Movement.

The devotional songs (Bhajans) by the mellifluous voices of the students resonated in the harmonious tones of the 'sages'. The Chanting of Slokas and Mantras added to the divine aura.

A lively drama depicted the life history and teachings of Swami Dayanand Saraswatiji.

The ten Principles and Commandments of the Arya Samaj - 'Krinvanto Vishwaryam' was pronounced with great zeal by the students.

A Fancy Dress Competition and Yogasannas added gaiety to the celebration.
